HOMAG KAL 310 One-Sided Edgebander with Left Input

The edgebander consists of the following aggregates:

• 2 pre-milling machines for material processing (3 kW each)

• material heating lamp

• glue heating vessel

• container with roller for applying glue to the material

• push rollers

• 2 stripping units (each 0.8kw)

• 2 units with radial cutters for processing the upper and lower edges (1.5 kw each)

• 2 postforming aggregates

• 2 cyclings

• polishing brushes with liquid injectors

The edging is fully automated, which means that the height of the beam, pre-milling machines, rollers and all the settings of the cutter depending on the thickness of the material and the strip are adjusted on the main monitor.
